I disagree. As a matter of fact I think NFL teams should save their best linebacker until the last 5 minutes of the game and then put him in, if they have the lead. I think the Bulls should have saved Jordan until the last few minutes of their games and then put him in, if they had the lead. When I had heart surgery I requested a resident do the main part of the procedure and they bring in their best cardiac surgeon for the last few minutes, if it looked like I was going to make it. Its just common sense.

Very insightful and thoughtful analysis. I just finished watching this episode and I am just amazed at the depth of this show. What amazing writing and acting. The Easter egg was a bit ham handed IMHO, but there are just so many layers with this show. I love LOST, and dig The Wire, but this is incredible in a different way. I am so happy that this show is getting the recognition that it has. Doesn’t often happen. I think the writers’ strike helped it grab some attention.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. It was just what I was looking for.

Oh, and cool title for your blog. How long have you been doing this?
